Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of Missed Call Connect, including our missed-call text response, customer-care messaging, voicemail follow-up, account support, and related services.

Agreement to These Terms
Missed Call Connect is operated by Win Local, Inc. By accessing or using Missed Call Connect, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Service Description
Missed Call Connect provides automated missed-call text response, caller follow-up, voicemail, lead notification, and related customer-care tools for Win Local, Inc. and participating local businesses. The service may identify a business by the forwarding number used in the call flow and may send caller-authorized text messages related to the caller's recent inquiry.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: Missed Call Connect Customer Care Messaging.
Program Description: Missed Call Connect may send text messages for customer-care and inquiry follow-up purposes, including missed-call follow-up, answers to customer questions, callback coordination, appointment or booking assistance, support replies, voicemail follow-up, and service-related updates.
Opt-In Method: Contacts opt in through a missed-call verbal disclosure and text confirmation process. When a contact calls Win Local, Inc., Missed Call Connect, or a participating local business and the call is not answered or is routed to voicemail, the caller may hear a verbal disclosure stating that a one-time text may be sent asking whether the caller would like to continue the inquiry by text. After the missed call, Missed Call Connect may send one consent request text to the caller's mobile number. The contact must reply YES before any further text conversation occurs. If the contact does not reply YES, no further text conversation is sent for that missed-call inquiry.

Message Frequency: This is not a recurring promotional messaging program. Message frequency varies based on the caller's interaction with Win Local, Inc. or the participating business. Messages are sent only after a caller inquiry, missed call, support request, appointment request, or service-related interaction, and for missed-call text conversations only after the contact replies YES.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, no further text messages will be sent from that number unless you later re-initiate contact and provide consent where permitted.
Help Instructions: You may reply HELP for help or contact Win Local, Inc. through the contact information provided on the Missed Call Connect website.
Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Consent Is Not Transferable
SMS consent is not transferable. Consent to receive messages from Missed Call Connect or a participating business is not consent to receive unrelated marketing, third-party offers, or affiliate messages.
Prohibited Messaging
Missed Call Connect does not use this SMS program for unrelated marketing blasts, lead generation, third-party offers, political messaging, age-gated content, financial services/loan-related content, or communications without proper consent.
Caller Responsibilities
Callers are responsible for providing accurate information and for using the messaging service lawfully. You may not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
Business Customer Responsibilities
Participating businesses are responsible for their own customer communications, service offerings, appointment availability, pricing, and follow-up. Businesses must use Missed Call Connect in compliance with applicable laws, carrier rules, messaging requirements, and these terms.
No Emergency Use
Missed Call Connect is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent or life-safety communications. If you have an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
Service Availability
We work to keep Missed Call Connect reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Calling, messaging, carrier, internet, and third-party service issues may affect delivery, timing, or availability.
Intellectual Property
Missed Call Connect, including its name, branding, software, workflows, designs, and content, is owned by Win Local, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as permitted in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Win Local, Inc. and Missed Call Connect are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
