Missed Call Connect SMS Consent Process
Missed Call Connect is operated by Win Local, Inc. and provides a missed-call text-back service for participating local businesses. This page documents the call-to-action, verbal disclosure, text confirmation process, and SMS terms for the Missed Call Connect toll-free messaging program.
Opt-In Flow
- A caller contacts Win Local, Missed Call Connect, or a participating local business.
- If the call is missed or routed to voicemail, the caller hears a verbal disclosure stating that a one-time text may be sent asking whether the caller would like to continue the inquiry by text.
- After the missed call, Missed Call Connect may send one consent request text to the caller's mobile number.
- The caller must reply YES before any further text conversation occurs.
- If the caller does not reply YES, no further text conversation is sent for that missed-call inquiry.
- Contacts can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.

How Consent Is Recorded
Consent is recorded when the contact replies YES to the one-time consent request text. Missed Call Connect maintains records of opt-in events, including the contact's phone number, timestamp, YES confirmation message, message history, associated business or account, and consent source. These records help confirm that text messages are sent only after consent is collected.
Messages Contacts May Receive
Messages are limited to customer-care follow-up related to the caller's recent inquiry. Examples include missed-call follow-up, callback coordination, appointment or booking assistance, support replies, voicemail follow-up, and service-related updates.
Missed Call Connect does not use this SMS program for unrelated marketing blasts, lead generation, third-party offers, political messaging, age-gated content, or financial services/loan-related content.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Program Name: Missed Call Connect Customer Care Messaging.
Message Frequency: This is not a recurring promotional messaging program. Messages are sent only after a customer inquiry, missed call, support request, appointment request, or service-related interaction, and for missed-call text conversations only after the contact replies YES.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: Contacts may reply STOP at any time to opt out. After STOP is received, no further text messages will be sent from that number unless the contact later re-initiates contact and provides consent where permitted.
