We guarantee that your account will be approved and ready for use within 30 days of enrollment. If you are not up and running by Day 30, you may request a 100% refund of your initial payment, provided the following "Fast-Track" conditions were met:
Onboarding Completion: You provided all items on our Onboarding Checklist (including business registration details and required website compliance elements like Privacy Policies and Terms of Service) within 7 days of your initial enrollment.
3. The Resolution Path
If the 30-day mark passes and you have met the "Fast-Track" conditions but are not yet approved, you have two choices:
Option A: Request a full 100% refund and terminate service.
Option B: We will continue to work on your approval and provide our services without any further subscription charges until your account is active and approved.

4. Standard Cancellation Policy
Following the initial 30-day guarantee period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We require 30 days' notice for all cancellations, which will result in one final full billing cycle before the service is terminated.
